## About the Role

* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (IT support, technical call center, or troubleshooting)
 * High School Diploma or GED required
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to multitask across multiple projects
 * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical call center environment
 * Must be able to work onsite (4-5 days/week)
 * Must be flexible with shift timing adjustments

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with IT hardware installation or support
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

## Description

We are seeking a Night Shift IT Support Representative to support multiple technology rollout projects. This role operates within a technical call center environment, assisting field technicians, vendors, and contractors during hardware installations and upgrades in retail locations., * Handle inbound and outbound calls from technicians, vendors, and contractors

 * Provide first-level technical troubleshooting support during hardware implementations
 * Document all interactions in tracking systems and perform system validations
 * Ensure project implementation protocols are followed
 * Provide updates via email, Excel, and internal tools when not on calls
 * Manage multiple technology rollout projects simultaneously
 * Adapt to changing shift schedules based on project needs and time zones
