## About the Role

* Must be based in the United States.
 * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in:
 * Software Sales
 * SaaS Sales
 * IT Services Sales
 * Technology Solutions Sales
 * Business Development
 * Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 * Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
 * Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
 * Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

 * Custom Software Development Services
 * SaaS Solutions
 * Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, GCP)
 * CRM Solutions (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho)

 * Workflow Automation
 * ERP/CRM Integration Projects
 * Digital Transformation Services
 * Existing professional network and business contacts within the US market.
 * Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing software and IT services deals., * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US market.

 * Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
 * Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, executives, and business owners.
 * Present Eipp Solutions' services and solutions to prospective clients.
 * Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
 * Prepare proposals, quotations, and statements of work (SOWs).
 * Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.
 * Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
 * Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project onboarding.
 * Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
