This role will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and enterprise hardware. The ideal candidate will lead a team of IT professionals, manage infrastructure projects, and ensure business continuity through proactive system maintenance and strategic planning., Infrastructure Management * Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud-based solutions. * Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems. * Develop and implement IT policies and best practices related to infrastructure management. * Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management. Cybersecurity & Compliance * Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. * Conduct regular risk assessments and business continuity planning. Project Management * Lead IT infrastructure projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. * Develop project plans, define milestones, and track progress against objectives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure projects with business goals. * Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. * Utilize project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, ITIL) to enhance project execution and delivery. Team Leadership & Collaboration * Lead and mentor a team of IT infrastructure specialists and administrators. * Collaborate with other IT and business leaders to align infrastructure strategy with organizational goals. * Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT infrastructure services and solutions.
