 * Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces across Ostro's product suite using modern frontend frameworks
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend, to deliver seamless features and elevate existing UX
 * Maintain high code quality through rigorous peer reviews, automated unit testing, and robust frontend standards
 * Optimize application performance for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability as user adoption grows
 * Drive accessibility compliance by proactively testing, troubleshooting, and advocating for inclusive design practices
 * Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging web technologies to continuously improve our frontend stack and patterns
