 * One year typing or data entry experience, plus additional office experience (equivalent relevant experience may be substituted)

## Description

Join our team, sharing the latest scientific advances in light-based technologies from around the world, including biomedical optics, astronomy, lasers, solar, nanotechnology, and more! Make a difference by doing important work with a successful, international not-for-profit organization.

Full-time, 40 hours per week position available, with flexible work hours.

What you'll do

You'll research, verify, and correct information as it moves into our electronic data systems - work that calls for independent judgment, curiosity, and a solid grasp of data governance best practices. In this role, you'll:

 * Analyze data from multiple channels, cleansing it and applying data integrity standards
 * Research and verify records, correcting information and resolving discrepancies as they come up
 * Deliver excellent customer service to constituents, volunteers, and stakeholders, seeing each question through to full resolution
 * Draw on your problem-solving skills across a variety of data quality and governance work
