## About the Role

* High school diploma or GED.
 * Minimum one (1) year of related application support or healthcare IT experience.
 * Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare setting.
 * Knowledge of clinical or operational workflows.
 * Experience with application configuration, testing, and implementation.

## Description

We are seeking an Epic Application Analyst to support the configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Epic applications within a healthcare environment. This role partners with clinical, operational, and IT teams to analyze workflows, implement system enhancements, troubleshoot application issues, and provide Tier 2 support. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, and committed to delivering technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient care., * Configure, maintain, and optimize assigned Epic applications.

 * Analyze workflows and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while providing Tier 2 support.
 * Collaborate with clinicians, business leaders, vendors, and IT teams on projects and system improvements.
 * Test, validate, and implement application updates and upgrades.
 * Maintain application documentation and follow change management procedures.
 * Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
 * Participate in Epic training and maintain certification in assigned module(s).
