## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 * Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
 * Strong knowledge of HRIS for efficient data management and reporting.
 * Proven track record in recruiting, including candidate screening and selection.
 * Excellent knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
 * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
 * M&A experience is a plus.

## Description

* Oversee employee relations, providing guidance and advice to management on complex HR issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
 * Maintain and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for efficient data management and reporting.
 * Lead recruitment efforts, from job posting to candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
 * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
 * Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
 * Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
 * Participate in performance evaluation processes and manage employee performance improvement plans.
 * Collaborate with management to identify HR needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions to meet organizational goals., A reputable manufacturing company is growing and looking for an HR Generalist to join their team. The position will report to the GM of the facility.
