This role supports end users, Microsoft technologies, network infrastructure, manufacturing-site systems, and IT projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who enjoys supporting operational teams and working in a manufacturing setting. We are looking for a technically strong, customer-focused IT professional with: * 2-4 years of IT support, help desk, or systems support experience. * Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365 users. * Active Directory administration experience. * Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, printers, and networking. * The ability to thrive in a manufacturing environment while supporting both office and production operations., * High school diploma or equivalent. * 2-4 years of IT support/help desk experience. * Strong customer service orientation. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. * Self-starter who can work independently. * Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn new technologies.
