## About the Role

* 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within IT Staffing, IT Consulting, or Technology Services.
 * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 * Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and client relationship management.
 * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a hunter mindset.
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal recruiting teams.
 * Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools is a plus.
 * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
 * Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

## Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in IT Staffing or IT Services sales who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and helping clients solve their technology staffing challenges.
Responsibilities

 * Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
 * Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings with prospective clients.
 * Sell IT Staffing, IT Consulting, and Project-based IT Services to direct clients and MSPs.
 * Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and business decision-makers.
 * Understand client hiring needs and work closely with recruiters to deliver qualified candidates.
 * Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through contract negotiation and account management.
 * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM.
 * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
