Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in data entry, dispatch, scheduling, call center, or customer service. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). * Interest in cameras, security, or technology (helpful, but not necessary). ## Description Zedcor is seeking a Tower Operations Specialist to support the deployment of our mobile surveillance towers by working directly with field technicians in real time. This is a fast-paced, computer-based role built around a repeatable daily cycle: pulling deployment details, remotely configuring cameras and alert zones while on the phone with a field technician, verifying the system works, and accurately logging data across multiple software platforms - typically 12 to 20 times per day. No prior technical or troubleshooting experience is required for this role - full training is provided.
