## Description

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Own the roadmap for operator-facing apps; identify high-value plant-operations use cases across sites and workflows., Own usability and adoption of operations dashboards, alerting, and workflow tools; drive operator engagement and trust.

Discovery & Delivery

Lead discovery with operators and plant teams; deliver in Agile/Scrum - owning the backlog, story writing, and sprint planning.

Operations Partnership

Partner with plant operations and go-to-market on rollout, onboarding, and expansion across sites.
