 * Master's Degree in a related field.
 * MicroStrategy certification is a plus..
 * AWS certification is a plus.
 * An additional 2-4 years of experience post-Masters.

## Description

The Senior Specialist, Business Intelligence is a Techno-Business SME and evangelist on data, services, and tools to accelerate the organization's adoption of data-driven decision-making and analytical capabilities. This role represents the team in multi-department discussions around the Reporting ecosystem and analytical tools, maximizing the business impact of these assets and tools. This role is within the technology department., * Serve as a department/domain expert for Reporting, Data, Data Infrastructure, and Tools. Utilize Dataiku, SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy, and Excel to improve efficiency. - (40%)

 * Educate and train teams on Reporting, Data, Data Infrastructure, and Tools. Drive organizational adoption within specific domains/departments. - (30%)
 * Lead or collaborate on projects to enhance the business impact of the Self-Service Data ecosystem and BI Tools. - (20%)
 * Innovate and develop advanced solutions. Solve complex problems independently and mentor junior analysts. - (10%)
