This role is responsible for building secure, scalable integrations leveraging OIC, ensuring real-time and batch data flows that support store operations, inventory accuracy, omnichannel fulfillment, and enterprise business processes. * Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST, SOAP, File-based, and scheduled orchestration flows. * Develop APIs and integrations to support omni-channel retail capabilities such as order management, POS, inventory, pricing, loyalty, merchandising, and eCommerce. * Integrate Oracle SaaS, on-prem retail systems, third-party applications, and cloud services across the enterprise. * Develop reusable integration components, frameworks, and templates to accelerate delivery. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and data flow issues in production. * Ensure high reliability and resilience of integrations supporting store transactions, supply chain operations, and financial data. * Implement alerting, dashboards, and automation for proactive incident response. * Partner with POS, ERP, eCommerce, WMS, CRM, and data engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions. * Work closely with business stakeholders and solution architects to translate business processes into technical integration designs. * Collaborate with external vendors, Oracle support, and implementation partners as needed. * Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. * Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars.
