In order to be considered qualified for the this role a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and Minimum 12+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, or consulting. ## Description The Director, Portfolio Governance is a strategic leadership role accountable for designing, enabling, and continuously improving the Development governance framework that drives high-quality, timely decision-making across the development portfolio. This role embeds decision excellence, clarity of decision rights, and disciplined execution across the governance forums. This leader ensures decisions are made at the right level, with the right information, at the right timeenabling portfolio tradeoff decisions, reducing cycle time, and improving decision quality and durability. This role is a hands-on contributor and people manager responsible to build relationships at all levels of the organization in order to solicit and action stakeholder input regarding the governance framework. This role will navigate the fast-paced and agile environment of Regeneron in a collaborative and innovative manner. ***Please note this role is an onsite opportunity and is not eligible remote.
