## About the Role

* Previous experience in web development support, project coordination, IT operations, digital services, or software environments preferred
 * Strong organizational and communication skills
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
 * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
 * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
 * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
 * Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, and website development processes
 * Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms
 * Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
 * Experience with Git/GitHub, cloud platforms, analytics tools, or content management systems is a plus
 * Understanding of UX/UI principles and digital product workflows preferred

## Description

Web Engineers LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented and technically minded Web Operations & Project Coordinator to support web development projects, client communications, and digital operations. This role is responsible for coordinating development tasks, managing project timelines, maintaining documentation, and supporting collaboration between developers, designers, clients, and project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

 * Coordinate daily web development and digital project activities from planning through completion
 * Manage project schedules, deadlines, task assignments, and progress tracking
 * Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, updates, feedback, and deliverables
 * Maintain project documentation, technical records, specifications, and status reports
 * Coordinate communication between developers, designers, quality assurance teams, and stakeholders
 * Assist with website updates, content management, and digital platform operations
 * Monitor project workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
 * Support quality assurance processes, testing schedules, and issue tracking
 * Maintain records using project management and collaboration tools
 * Assist with reporting on project performance, timelines, and operational metrics
