Preferences: * Detailed knowledge of several information security domains, such as: encryption, network security, multi-factor authentication, password security, third party due diligence, regulatory/compliance and presentation skills and public speaking is a bonus. ## Description The Advisor & Investor Cybersecurity Analyst I position is a high visibility position, responsible for engaging, educating, and training LPL advisors about reducing their cyber-risk. A successful team member maintains information security knowledge, alongside business experience to ensure LPL advisors operate the technology of their business in a safe and secure manner. This qualified professional will be managing technology tools, responding to advisor inquiries, and coaching advisors or clients on cyber-best practices. This individual will be responsible for communicating to advisors and their staff through email and phone while documenting interactions in a CSR tool. The ideal candidate will have to be comfortable working as an individual as well as part of a team environment in a fast pace environment., * Respond to advisor cybersecurity inquiries via shared mailboxes or inbound calls. * Develop, create, record, review, evaluate and revise cybersecurity content that supports related technology initiatives and current events. * Act as a liaison between technical resources, information security, communications and the advisor community. * Effective cross-team collaboration and communication, to maintain and provide exemplary service with our partners. * Place outbound calls to advisors to remediate and collect information for incident * escalations. * Facilitate training classes and presentations for advisors about reducing cyber-risk and best practices for protecting information. * Iterative process to create, maintain and review standard operating procedures looking for areas of improvement. * Assist with team project initiatives and troubleshooting for advisor questions. * Understand company policies and procedures and effectively explain to any technology background individual. * Provide support to other team initiatives as needed. * Presentation and public speaking skills What are we looking for?
