Education and Experience:

 * 5+ years of relevant experience in supporting complex networks and/or providing technical support.
 * Microsoft 365 and Azure Certifications preferred.
 * Current or former employment at an MSP a very strong plus.

## Description

* Assist customers with complex technical needs and planning.
 * Create, document, and escalate issues and problems according to company standards.
 * Monitor assigned tickets and tasks and provide service or escalation as necessary.
 * Provide support for escalated help desk tickets.
 * Provide server and workstation support.
 * Deliver technical customer support over remote connections.
 * Perform remote scheduled maintenance.
