Desired Qualifications: * Program Management or Systems Engineering support experience with Research & Development programs. ## Description Duties May Include: * Assist the MC&G PEO Engineering Management staff and Program Managers as a subject matter expert on system transition & integration. * Manage the overall MC&G Mission Domain system transition process across the compendium of MC&G Foundation GEOINT-related programs, project, pilots and initiatives. * Manage/Plan system transitions between MC&G PEO and other organizations such as Research and NGA/SF. * Coordinate system capability development between the MC&G PEO and other organizations to ensure alignment of planning and prevent duplication of capabilities. * Coordinate with external entities to ensure MC&G Mission Domain system transitions are supported at the larger mission / enterprise level. * Maintain awareness of external system transitions, and evaluate the impacts thereof to MC&G Mission Domain systems. * Assist MC&G PEO Program Managers on individual program transitions as directed by the MC&G PEO Engineering Management staff. * Manage the overall MC&G Mission Domain system integration process across the compendium of MC&G Mission Domain-related programs, projects, pilots and initiatives. * Produce and manage such integration-related artifacts and specifications as required by the MC&G PEO Engineering Management staff. * Identify and recommend new technology insertion to improve MC&G Mission Domain satisfaction and performance. * Evaluate MC&G PEO engineering processes and procedures, and recommend opportunities for improvement. * Brief internal and external to the MC&G PEO.
