Preferred Skills * Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, CCNP, Security+, or equivalent. * Experience with VOIP systems. * Experience supporting remote access solutions (VPN, RDP, etc.). * Knowledge of SD-WAN and modern network architectures. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. ## Description A Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing an organization's computer networks to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations.
