 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
 * 10+ years of experience in software development, with demonstrated expertise in data integration, RPA, and digital twin solutions.
 * Proven experience leading projects or acting in a senior capacity on development teams.
 * Experience with cloud platforms and services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.

## Description

* Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software applications and systems.
 * Lead efforts to integrate disparate data sources and systems into cohesive, functional solutions.
 * Implement and optimize RPA workflows to automate business processes and improve productivity.
 * Develop and maintain digital twin models, ensuring accurate representation of physical systems for simulation and analysis.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and translate them into software designs.
 * Review code, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to development best practices and standards.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across software applications and integrations.
