This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with remote technical teams., * Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, LAN/WAN technologies, and Ethernet networking. * Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, HPE, Dell, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar networking platforms. * Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networking, and structured cabling. * Experience with copper (Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A) and fiber optic cabling standards. * Familiarity with rack and stack procedures and data center best practices. * Ability to identify and troubleshoot physical layer connectivity issues. * Experience using console cables and terminal emulation software. * Basic understanding of routing and switching concepts. * Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy is an advantage. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux, and basic server hardware is preferred. ## Description Job Summary:- We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Network Hands and Feet Support Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team.
