Fluency in English is an essential requirement for the position of Workday HCM Analys t including, but not limited to, for the following reasons: * The employee communicates frequently with Altasciences employees and vendors across Canada and the United States. As such, English is the main language used to correspond between offices. ## Description The Workday HCM Analyst serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned Workday Absence and Time tracking modules. This role is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, optimization, and support of Workday HCM to enable accurate data, efficient processes, and excellent user experience.
