The Role: Work Arrangement: This role, although mostly remote, may require onsite support within Hospitals, Clinics or Business centers that align with project implementation timelines. This role involves leveraging expertise in Epic applications to optimize workflows, improve patient care, and manage complex projects. Your Mission: Lead a high-performing team supporting Epic Clin Doc/Stork, Orders/Bugsy, ASAP, Willow Inpatient and other third parties, including but not limited to Elsevier, Centricity and Obix. You will foster client and vendor relationships and effectively manage change initiatives to align with organizational goals. What You'll Do Day-to-Day, * Leverage expertise in Epic Inpatient Applications and other thirdparty applications to optimize workflows, improve patient care, and manage complex projects * Lead a highperforming team, foster relationships with vendors, and effectively manage change initiatives to align with organizational goals. * Oversee the strategic direction and management of the application team. * Leverage knowledge of Epic Foundation and Epic applications to optimize workflows and improve patient care. * Manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets * Foster strong relationships with other Xtensys leaders, customers, and thirdparty vendors to maximize the value of investments. * Effectively manage change initiatives, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption * Partner with connect program manager to assist in connect program development.
