Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. ## Description Lennar is investing in the future of its Legal organization, and the Director of Legal Technology will play a critical role in shaping what comes next. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strategic, technology-forward operator who can help transform Legal into an AI-native, streamlined, and data-driven function. Reporting to and partnering closely with the VP of Legal & Compliance Operations, the Director will help define how Legal operates, prioritizes work, leverages technology, and delivers value to the broader business. The ideal candidate brings a unique combination of legal technology expertise, business transformation experience, systems thinking, and a passion for using technology and AI to simplify complex work. This leader will translate business strategy into an operating roadmap, lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, and build the processes, systems, and capabilities needed to support a modern legal function at scale.
