## About the Role

* Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

 * Minimum of two years of professional experience in technical support.

 * Solid foundational knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

 * Possession of a valid Driver's License and up to date vehicle insurance.

 * Ability to travel between several office locations

 * In-office presence at least four days per week. This may vary depending on projects.

 * 2 years paid experience in using Active Directory administrator. Creating, deleting, setting access

permissions, OU's, objects, account management, security, GPO's, login scripts, DNS, DHCP, etc.

 * Must have at least 2 years paid experience using PC imaging software and writing written procedures.

Specifically using:

o Norton Ghost

o Clonezilla

o FoG

 * Must have at least 1 year paid experience in the following:

o Deploying VMs specifically in HyperV

o Troubleshooting mobile devices specifically but not limited to

o Zebra Mobile tablets
