**Published:** July 27, 2026 - **Apply:** https://jobs.military.com/career/292208/manager-financial-systems-oracle-texas-tx-temple ## About the Role * Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Information Systems, or related field\n * 10+ years of experience in financial systems, including hands-on implementation of Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Cloud Financials\n * Experience in at least three EBS implementation cycles in current release of Oracle EBS Applications (R12) or Oracle Cloud\n * Hands-on experience with Oracle modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Cash Management, TCA Customer Model, SLA (Subledger Accounting), EB-Tax, and Costing\n * Complete and thorough knowledge of ERP integration across Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing processes\n * Prior experience working with businesses that have intercompany and multi-currency transactions in a global business environment\n * Prior experience in defining systems requirements, designing and prototyping solutions, consulting with users on process transformation, testing, training, go-live, expertise in system cutovers, and defining support procedures\n * Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing performance, and developing talent in a matrixed or global organization\n \n \nTechnical & Analytical Skills\n \n \n * Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting\n * In-depth knowledge of accounting transactions and internal financial controls\n * A strong combination of skills in functional and technical aspects of Oracle EBS core applications and Oracle Cloud Financials\n * Expertise in Oracle Financial modules and their integration with Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Manufacturing, and Costing processes\n * Data analysis and management of all operations data including, but not limited to, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, WIP, BOM, and Master Data\n * Familiarity with Oracle Application Implementation Methodologies (AIM), cloud deployment strategies, and Waterfall/Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)\n * Ability to manage changes required for better adoption of new solution-driven processes\n * Strong analytical skills with a track record of using financial systems analysis to drive process improvements and business value\n, * Demonstrated ability to lead functional workstreams in complex, multi-business-unit implementation or transformation programs\n * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization\n * Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and to operate across functional lines\n * Proven experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups\n * Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and best practice standards\n * Experience influencing change management and process standardization initiatives across global organizations\n * Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize competing business needs while delivering consistently high-quality and timely work\n, * Professional certifications such as CPA, CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM\n * PMP or equivalent project management certification\n * Background in global manufacturing or multi-business-unit environments with complex intercompany structures\n * Experience with regulatory compliance requirements and audit support in a global manufacturing context\n * Experience with M&A integration activities involving manufacturing and distribution operations\n ## Related Videos -
