 * Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering field such as Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
 * 10+ years of systems engineering experience
 * Experience with Track Management and Track Processing for Combat Systems
 * Experience with Link 16 and Link 22
 * Algorithm Development Experience
 * Experience with scripting languages, such as MATLAB and Python, * Experience with Machine Learning
 * Experience using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
 * Experience with CAMEO
 * Expertise in any of the following domains:
o Command and Control Systems
o Weapons Systems
o Missile Defense Systems
o Avionics and Airborne Systems
o C5 Systems

## Description

* Perform Systems Engineering duties for the development of Command and Decision (C&D) Systems
 * Develop C&D architecture to provide Track management in the Aegis Combat System utilizing automated data fusion, kinematic state estimation, and multi-sensor correlation.
 * Support track processing utilizing real-time computer functions used to search, detect, identify, track, and discriminate complex air, space, and missile threats
 * Conduct Requirements Verification Tests and participate in engineering technical reviews
 * Document work and artifacts in Engineering Data SDR
 * Work onsite at a Lockheed Martin facility with other highly skilled engineers
