## Description

* Manage and enforce information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.
 * Maintain system security plans, configuration management for security software and hardware, and operational security posture.
 * Utilize extensive experience as an ISSO, DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, and knowledge of security tools, communication protocols, and encryption., * Propose, coordinate, implement, and enforce information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.
 * Develop and maintain documentation for security authorization in accordance with established policies.
 * Provide configuration management for security-relevant information system software, hardware, and firmware.
 * Maintain operational security posture for information systems and programs.
 * Develop and update system security plans and other information assurance documentation.
 * Administer user identification and authentication mechanisms.
 * Plan and coordinate IT security programs and policies.
 * Manage and control changes to systems, assessing the security impact of those changes.
 * Apply expertise in ISSO/CSSO, system security, software configuration management, cryptography, and network protocols.
