## About the Role

* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst within the insurance industry
 * Strong knowledge of non-life insurance products and processes
 * Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis and functional documentation
 * Experience working in Agile teams
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Customer-focused and comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders
 * Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English

Nice to have

 * Experience with broker portals or Front-Office applications
 * Knowledge of underwriting and/or claims processes
 * Experience with BPMN, UML and use case modelling
 * Strong interest in user experience (UX) and customer journeys

## Description

* Gather, analyze and document business requirements
 * Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
 * Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts
 * Model business processes and create clear, structured documentation
 * Collaborate closely with business representatives, UX teams, developers and offshore teams
 * Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions
 * Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget and timeline
