Als IT Engineer ben je het aanspreekpunt bij technische vraagstukken en systeemstoringen. Je biedt ondersteuning op afstand én op locatie, en levert maatwerkadvies om klantomgevingen te optimaliseren.

* Je analyseert en lost storingen op in hardware, software en netwerken;
 * Je adviseert klanten over passende IT-oplossingen en infrastructuurverbeteringen;
 * Je zorgt voor optimale wifi-dekking en netwerkprestaties;
 * Je installeert en onderhoudt werkplekken, systemen en randapparatuur;
 * Je ondersteunt collega's bij interne technische uitdagingen;
 * Je ontwerpt en beheert netwerken bij klanten;
 * Je begeleidt cloudmigraties van A tot Z;
 * Je beheert en configureert VoIP-telefoniesystemen.
