## About the Role

As a Senior Data/AI Engineer, you play a key role in challenging data and AI projects. You combine technical depth with coaching and help colleagues and clients make the right decisions. You are a technical go-to expert, contribute to architecture discussions, and guide projects from design to implementation.
What do we expect from you?

 + At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, data science, machine learning, and/or MLOps.
 + Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, Python, SQL, data modelling, and modern AI tooling, focused on building production-ready solutions.
 + Experience guiding and coaching colleagues.
 + The ability to explain technical choices clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
 + Strong organizational skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
 + Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
 + A proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
