## About the Role

* As a Transformation Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will excel in delivery, apply thoughtful skills to drive value; and build proficiency in pursuit and engagement roles. You will take ownership and responsibility for areas of focus and solutions and help grow our presence, brand, breadth and community., * Experience in project management, operational improvement and/or organizational effectiveness, implementing structured process optimization, change, communications, engagement, and/or learning.
 * Technical expertise (and preferably accreditation) in an area of focus such as Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, change management, agile methodologies, facilitation or leadership coaching.
 * Experience designing business processes and interactions that drive business outcomes.
 * Able to purposefully identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues.
 * Able to design and facilitate sessions focused on vision, mission, objectives and results.
 * Able to develop specific plans to mitigate or address client concerns and transformation risks.
 * Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
 * Comfort navigating ambiguity and interfacing confidently with clients.
