## About the Role

Provide hands?on endpoint management, software provisioning and day?to?day IT support for the local team.Qualifications for the role- 5 years of professional experience in IT Administration, Systems Administration or IT Infrastructure.

 - Valid cybersecurity certification required (e.G., ISC2 CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent).
 - Proven experience setting up and configuring IT infrastructure for new office locations or scaling environments.
 - Strong understanding of corporate IT policies, governance and enterprise?level stakeholder management.
 - Solid knowledge of networking (firewalls, VPNs, routing), OS deployment and endpoint management, primarily Linux.
 - Effective communication in English (essential for daily collaboration with the Zurich team and global corporate stakeholders).
