Mastered the consulting business - you know exactly how the business works and have a proven track record in delivering successful large projects. Deep technical expertise across the modern platform stack: CI/CD, infrastructure?as?code, cloud platform design (focus Azure), and automation at scale. Demonstrated experience delivering AI and Data use cases end?to?end on enterprise platforms, including MLOps pipelines, lakehouse architectures, and AI?based workflows. Proven people leadership: you have hired, grown, and retained high?performing platform engineering teams in fast?paced consulting or product environments. Commercial acumen and a track record of contributing to account growth, whether through identifying upsell opportunities, leading presales technical conversations, or building long?term client partnerships. Outstanding communication and presence: you can translate complex platform concepts into compelling narratives for both technical and executive audiences, and you do so with energy and conviction. An inspiring, outgoing personality - you lead from the front, bring others with you, and make the work feel meaningful.
