Bonus Skills * Intune/Autopilot experience * SSO knowledge (SAML/OIDC, onboarding, cutovers) * Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity procedures. * Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory, group policies, and user account administration. * Virtualization exposure * Asset management tools like Lansweeper * Basic PowerShell scripting Certifications (Nice to have) * Microsoft: MD-102, MS-102, SC-300 * CompTIA: A+, Network+, Security+ * ITIL Foundation * VMware/virtualization fundamentals ## Description We're seeking an IT System Specialist to join our Irvine team to serve as a hands-on technical resource. This is the perfect role if you have a solid IT support background and are ready for more, gaining experience across Microsoft 365/Entra ID, modern computing, SSO onboarding, virtualization, cloud-first migrations, and modern networking (SASE/SD-WAN)., * End User & Ticketing Support: Triage, resolve and own Jira Cloud tickets for user issues (access, email/Teams/OneDrive, printers, apps, device troubleshooting).
