* 3+ years of experience in SaaS integrations, solutions engineering or technical consulting
 * Strong API and REST integration knowledge
 * Understanding of databases and SQL
 * Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills
 * Proven ability to analyse and solve technical problems
 * Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
 * Experience working in cloud and modern technology environments
 * Background within SaaS, Payments, FinTech, Logistics, ERP, CRM or related technology sectors preferred

## Description

* Advise customers on integration architecture and implementation strategy
 * Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions
 * Help customers maximise the value of the platform through best-practice integration approaches
 * Act as the technical focal point for customer implementations
 * Demonstrate integrations, workflows and technical capabilities to clients
 * Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide practical solutions
 * Work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams
 * Support partners and customers through onboarding and integration activities
 * Contribute customer insights and product feedback to internal stakeholders
