## About the Role

* Basic-Good Excel skills - In this role you will be managing ready made spreadsheets, manipulating, populating and consistently updating data.
 * Exceptional assertiveness and attention to detail to enforce data standards across multiple teams.
 * Strong communication skills to collaborate with and challenge stakeholders.
 * Ability to manage high volumes of data from multiple streams without sacrificing accuracy.

## Description

* Serve as the sole administrator authorized to input data into the Master Tracker.
 * Review, verify, and reconcile data inputs from Deployment, Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering, Sales, and Projects.
 * Maintain, protect, and audit the Master Tracker spreadsheet to ensure absolute data integrity.
 * Format and standardize historical data across all six departments to prepare for seamless ERP migration.
 * Document current manual workflows from each department to help inform future ERP configurations.
 * Schedule fortnightly cross-functional S&OP meetings and track action items to deadline.
 * Consolidate the finalized S&OP review outputs to calculate, compile, and publish the official list of required materials that need to be ordered.
 * Extract and compile reports from the Master Tracker for specific requirements as requested by other departments
