Nights/Weekends: As needed to meet deadlines and deliverables ## Description This position is responsible for leading quality assurance activities related to the quality, reliability and compliance of DaVita products. Provides guidance to project teams in order to maintain quality in our deliverables. Responsible for supervising the work of Quality Assurance professionals and organizing and monitoring work process., * A thought leader for quality principles and processes in the design, development, testing, and delivery of mission critical applications. Responsible for leading a team of Quality Assurance professionals and prioritizing working assignments for the team and manages their deliverables. * Ensures that the company's clinical software products meet total quality management standards and other reliability standards. Maintain QA processes, policies, and procedures. Define standard roles and responsibilities. * Establish, develop, and monitor QA processes including standard meetings, approvals, checkpoints, metrics, and status reviews. * Researches and implements new documentation and testing methods and tools in order to maximize operational efficiency and continuously improve product quality. * Develop standard templates. Accountable for QA systems and tools. Provide communication and training on these as needed. * Has the ability to assist team members with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems. * Directly leads QA professionals, conduct one on one meetings with direct reports and provide feedback provide regarding DaVita's core values, behaviors, beliefs and goals, and conduct performance reviews and corrective action to teammates including mentoring, coaching, and hiring as needed. * Works with project managers to develop project schedules and resource allocation models. * Develops and manages quality assurance metrics for assigned projects.
