 * Laufende Pflege der Dokumentationen
 * Unterstützung bei Anpassung von Dynamics 365 CE (Vertrieb und Außendienst, ggf. Marketing)
 * Testen von Anpassungen
 * ggf. Vorbereiten von Schulungsmaterial
 * ggf. Durchführung von Endbenutzer-Schulungen
 * Unterstützung bei Sprint-Planungssitzungen (Vor- Nachbereitung, Protokollierung)
 * Unterstützung bei Projektmeetings (Vor- Nachbereitung, Protokollierung)
 * Unterstützung bei Erstellung von Präsentation in PowerPoint
