Du verfügst bereits über theoretisches Fachwissen und möchtest dieses nun gerne durch praktische Erfahrungen in einem dynamischen Unternehmen ergänzen? Dann unterstütze uns mit deinem Talent und Know-how bei folgenden Aufgaben:

 * Auswertung von Consumer Feedback aus App Store, Google Play Store und Social Media inkl. Erstellung von Präsentationen mit PowerBI oder PowerPoint
 * Mitarbeit bei der Analyse von Kundenanfragen bzgl. Home Connect über den BSH Kundendienst
 * Mitarbeit im Qualitätsmanagement in der agilen Entwicklung von IoT-Anwendungen, insbesondere Auswertung und Analyse von Jira-Tickets
 * Pflege der Intranetpräsenz / Wikipräsenz von Global Quality Management Digital Services Life Cycle, inkl. Administration und Berechtigungsvergabe
 * Erstellung von Präsentationen für die Organisation
