 * Track sales activities, delivery performance, and inventory using spreadsheets and databases
 * Conduct market research to support pricing, sourcing, and product planning
 * Read and interpret technical drawings, assemblies, and BOM lists
 * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
