SAP HCM Beratung, Für diesen außergewöhnlichen Anspruch werden Sie als SAP HCM Inhouse Berater in der Zentrale und zum Teil mit internationalen Projekten eingesetzt. Arbeiten Sie eng verzahnt im kleinen Team am System und an SAP Projekten im Umfeld von SAP HCM in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich. Der Umgang untereinander erfolgt in der Regel in Duz-Kultur. Erleben Sie eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre mit einer generationenübergreifenden Teamarbeit., * Gesamte Modulbetreuung des weltweit eingesetzten SAP HCM Systems

 * Einführung von weiteren HR-Prozessen und Modulen
 * Technische Unterstützung bei der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung
 * Technische Unterstützung bei der Personalkostenplanung und von Abschlüssen
 * Erstellung von Reports mit Analyse und Auswertung
 * Konzeptionierung fachlicher und technischer Art in HR-Projekten
