This includes approving processes and resolving integrations errors to ensure data consistency and system integrity. The role involves developing, configuring, modifying and analyzing business workflows, reports and dashboards that support Facilities Design and Construction (FDC) projects. This includes developing testing strategies, conditions and evaluation of expected results. The Analyst assist in operational assessments to ensure that workflows are efficient, compliant with university and state policies and aligned with project lifecycle needs. This position also leads the training and support program for Trimble Unity Construct users, including the development of training materials, presentations and cloud based WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) in-app guidance to improve the end-user experience.
