## Description

derzeit suchen wir für folgendes freiberufliches Projekt: Für die Betreuung einer SAP ECC SD/LE Landschaft im EMEA-Umfeld wird Unterstützung im operativen Support sowie bei der Begleitung der späteren S/4-Transformation gesucht. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Zusammenarbeit mit Key Usern, der Bearbeitung von Incidents und der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung der S/4-Kompatibilität.

 * Speichern, * First-, Second- und Third-Level-Support für das EMEA SAP ECC System
 * Unterstützung des Inhouse SD/LE Teams bei der Betreuung von ECC 6 EHP 8
 * Betreuung einer dezentralen SD-Landschaft mit länderspezifischen Setups
 * Erstellung funktionaler Spezifikationen und Abstimmung mit externen Entwicklern
 * Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Usern und Key Usern
 * Bewertung und Bearbeitung von Incidents
 * Berücksichtigung der S/4-Kompatibilität bei Anpassungen im ECC
