## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)

## Description

Als IT Projektmanager / Technical Key Account Manager (m/w/d) begleitest Du Energieversorger bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Prozesse und verantwortest anspruchsvolle IT-Projekte rund um Smart Metering, ERP-Systeme und S/4HANA-nahe Themen. Dabei bist Du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Teams und Softwarepartnern und gestaltest innovative Lösungen aktiv mit.

 * Speichern, * Verantwortung für spannende Kundenprojekte im Umfeld Smart Metering und Digitalisierung
 * Zentraler Ansprechpartner ("One Face to the Customer") für Bestandskunden
 * Analyse von Kundenanforderungen sowie Entwicklung individueller Lösungskonzepte
 * Koordination zwischen Kunden, internen Fachbereichen und externen Softwarepartnern
 * Begleitung von ERP-, SAP- und S/4HANA-nahen Projekten und Migrationen
 * Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse, Produkte und Services
 * Steuerung operativer Themen und Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
