## About the Role

* Du bringst Erfahrung im Delivery-, Projekt- oder Implementierungskontext mit, ob aus Berufserfahrung, eigenen Projekten oder vergleichbaren Stationen, sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Konfiguration von No-Code/ Low-Code-Plattformen und Workflow-Tools. Entscheidend ist, dass du weißt, wie du in solchen Projekten Ergebnisse lieferst.
 * Souveräner Umgang mit Kund:innenund Service Management, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen.
 * Sicherer Umgang mit QueryLanguages (z.B. SQL) sowie gutes Verständnis von Datenformaten (z. B. JSON, XML), APIs und grundlegenden Systemarchitekturen. Programmierkenntnisse sind von Vorteil aber nicht Bedingung.
 * Ausgeprägtes systematisches und analytisches Denkvermögen, insbesondere beim Modellieren von Prozessen, Datenstrukturen und Abfragelogiken.
 * Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit Blick auf Stabilität und Qualität von Systemen.
 * Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in einer relevanten Disziplin (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Digital Business, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare praktische Qualifikation.
 * Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und sehr gutes Englisch (mind. C1).

## Description

* Du arbeitest als Teil unseres Delivery Teams mit Kund:innen aus dem öffentlichen und privaten Sektor daran, unsere Mission zum Leben zu erwecken.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Legal Engineers zusammen. Zusammen mit deren Rulemaps nutzt du unsere No-Code/ Low-Code Software, in der du Workflows, User Interfaces, Datenmodelle und Output-Formate entwickelst und diese mit Rulemaps verknüpfst.
 * Du bindest unsere Platform über unsere Standard-Schnittstellen an Drittsysteme an (z.B. GIS, HKR, eAkte) und unterstützt unsere Kund:innen bei Bedarf bei On-Premise Installationen.
 * Du gewährleistest die Qualität und Stabilität von Kundensystemen und unterstützt diese bei Service-Anfragen.
 * Du trägst zu einer effizienten Dokumentation von Projekten und technischen Neuerungen bei und unterstützt unsere Partner dabei, den Umgang mit unserer Plattform zu erlernen.
