Was für uns zählt

 

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation  
 Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement oder als Business Analyst  
 Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und klassischen Projektmanagement-Ansätzen  
 Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement und in der Softwareentwicklung  
 Sicherer Umgang mit Jira und Confluence zur Projektplanung und Dokumentation  
 Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C1 oder vergleichbar) und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift  
Kommunikationsstärke, souveränes Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit, flexibel mit wechselnden Arbeitssituationen umzugehen  
 Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Als Senior IT Business Analyst in der Softwareentwicklung übernehmen Sie die zentrale Rolle bei der Analyse, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten. Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen Fachabteilungen, externen Dienstleistern und dem Entwicklungsteam. Ihr Ziel ist es, Projekte effizient, termingerecht und unter Einhaltung des Projektbudgets umzusetzen, über etablierte Lösungsansätze hinaus zu denken und dabei die Qualität sowie die Anforderungen der Stakeholder sicherzustellen.

 

Ganzheitliches Anforderungsmanagement: Erhebung, Analyse und Dokumentation fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen  
 Übernahme der Projektkoordination für internationale Softwareentwicklungsprojekte im agilen Umfeld
