## Description

* Projektunterstützung, Einrichtung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung des Warenwirtschaftssystems MS Dynamics NAV
 * Application Management des ERP-Systems im täglichen Umgang
 * Selbstständige Auswertung und Spezifizierung der Anforderungen an das ERP-System inkl. Konzeptionierung von Lösungen
 * Geschäftsprozessanalyse und -optimierung, Workflow-Verbesserung und Fehlerbehebung in Navision
 * Prozessdesign, -unterstützung und -abbildung im ERP-Umfeld
 * Erste Kontaktperson der internen Anwender, Usersupport und Realisierung von NAV-Trainings
 * Ansprechpartner des externen Dienstleisters für NAV bezogene Themengebiete
 * Verantwortlich für die Kommunikation und Verhandlung mit dem Microsoft Partner
 * Gute Zusammenarbeit mit den IT-Kollegen
