## Description

+ Annahme und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen sowie Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
 + Dokumentation von Supportfällen, eingesetzten Softwarepaketen und Lösungen im gruppenweiten Ticketsystem
 + Verwaltung der Client-Umgebung einschließlich Rollouts, Betriebssystem-Updates, Patch-Management und standardisierter Konfigurationen
 + Paketierung, Prüfung, Bereitstellung und Aktualisierung von Software für Windows-11-Clients über Microsoft Intune und Empirum
 + Unterstützung beim Betrieb von Windows-Server-Systemen (File Services, Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien, DNS und DHCP) sowie der Microsoft-365-Umgebung (Exchange, SharePoint etc.)
 + Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung technischer Dokumentationen
