You'll build integrations, develop automations, and partner with Business Systems and Revenue Operations teams to enable our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to scale efficiently. The Business Systems team owns the platforms and infrastructure that GTM teams rely on daily. We build and maintain Salesforce, integration workflows, data pipelines, and automation that help Vanta scale while delivering exceptional customer experiences. As Vanta continues to grow, your work will directly enable that growth by building systems that support increasing complexity and volume. You'll bring technical expertise in Salesforce development-including Apex coding, declarative automation (Flows), data modeling, and integrations-combined with strong problem-solving skills. You'll work on challenging technical problems involving system integrations, data architecture, and business logic implementation. This role balances hands-on development with cross-functional collaboration as you ship code daily while partnering with stakeholders across GTM teams.
